Càradh means ‘the act of mending, repairing’ in Scots Gaelic. I originally designed this blend to be used by parents and children as a kind of reconnection ritual. A way to come back to the heart after moments (or days!) of being in the muck. A blend of nervous system soothing and heart mending herbs that helps to restore the flow of love.

But this tea isn’t only for parents and children. It’s for bringing ritual repair and herbal support to any form of relational rupture or stress fractures within one’s own heart. It’s for grounding and reconnecting to the softness and safety of the present moment.

Càradh blend contains: lemon balm, passionflower, rose, lavender, valerian, the leaves and flowers of the hawthorn plant and spearmint.
